Cinema Atlas Connection
When I was a kid, I saw 'Conquest of the Planet of the Apes,' and I remember realizing that that was the first movie where I was rooting for the bad guys. That was the first movie where I was rooting for the revolution.

We talked a lot about Conquest of the Planet of the Apes. That film is quite hardcore, and it actually ends with him executing humans, and it's very dark. We wanted to make sure that we were taking the story to that place.
