Synopsis
Wyatt and Billy, two Harley-riding hippies, complete a drug deal in Southern California and decide to travel cross-country in search of spiritual truth.
Cinematic DNA
Easy Rider was a very powerful impulse for us. It made us realize that you could step out of the studio system, take a small crew, and just go on the road and shoot a film about people moving. That freedom was crucial for my early films, especially 'Kings of the Road'.
