Totally. That’s something I was looking for. There are two films that really were big influences that I’m sure you could tell. One is Ratcatcher, and the other is Dennis Hopper’s Out of the Blue. That one in particular, I think, for the energy of Linda Manz. That was an influence on Brooklynn [Prince, who plays Moonee]. Just that rebellious, anti-authority, punk energy.
