Cinema Atlas Connection
“I remember watching it and thinking, I didn’t know you could do that,” Jenkins said of the film. “The handheld, the super saturated colors, the deep depth of field. It was just so striking to me and I just thought, this is something I would like to emulate someday.” He added that the film... “helped him develop a vocabulary to tell queer stories onscreen.”
